Where has my label printing phone number gone?
With the new Return-It app, all donations need to be made through an individual’s own personal Express account and associated phone number. Customers or donors will print off their own labels using their account phone number but can setup automatic donations through their account or do one-time donations.
Customers will no longer be able to use a phone number, or any 10-digit number associated with a group or charity account to print labels.
By having customers donate through their own personal Express account, both the donor and group/charity will have a record of the drop-off and peace of mind that the donation is being received by the intended group/charity.
