I don’t have a phone; how can I receive my code?
A valid phone number is required for all Return-It Express
customers. To complete the registration process, through two factor
authentication, you will be required to verify your phone number through a text
message or automated voice call. Two-factor authentication is an extra layer of security that makes it
more difficult for an unauthorized user to access a customer’s Express account.
