My bag was dropped off more than 10 business days ago

If your bag(s) were dropped off more than 10 business days ago, please contact our Customer Relations Team at customerservice@returnit.ca with the following information:

  1. The date of the drop off
  2.  The name and address of depot you visited
  3. The quantity of bags you dropped off
  4.  The bag label numbers if known

Once our team has this information, we would be happy to look into it for you.
