Why was my account suspended?
Return-It Express bags must contain
empty beverage containers only. Please visit our website here to learn more about
the containers accepted through the Return-It Express system.
If Express bags contain materials
that are unsafe for staff to handle or garbage materials, the customer will be
notified via e-mail and a notification will appear in the Recent Activity
section of your Return-It Express account outlining the material that was
included in the Express bag that was not part of the Return-It system.
Continued inclusion of materials that are not part of the Return-It system in
your Express bags may result in the suspension of your Return-It Express
account. If this happens, please contact our Customer Relations Team at 1-855-350-2345.
