Once you have reached a minimum of $10 on your Return-It Express balance, you are eligible for an Interac e-Transfers redemption. e-Transfers can be requested when logged into your Return-It Express account, please sign in
here using your registered email address and password. All e-Transfers must be requested by the account holder and cannot be requested through our Customer Relations team.
1. When logged into your account, please click on "Redeem Funds" on the menu on the left-hand side or click on the "$" sign if you are on the "Home" tab of your account.
2. If you do not wish to donate your account balance to a registered Group or Charity, please click "NEXT" on the bottom-right of the pop-up screen.
3. Click on the Redemption Method box and select the "Interac e-Transfer" option and click "NEXT".
4. If you have more than one authorized email address on your Express account, you can select one in the e-Transfer email box. Click on the "Security question" box and select one of the questions. Type an answer in the "Answer" box that you will remember when being asked to deposit your funds into your bank account.
5. Make note of your security answer and click "NEXT".
6. Finally, click on the "REDEEM FUNDS" button to request your Interac e-Transfer. You will receive an email from Interac within 36 hours where you will be asked to answer your security question from step 4 to deposit your funds to your bank account. If you have the Interac auto-deposit feature enabled for your email address from step 4, the funds will be deposited directly to your bank account without having to answer a security question.
