How do I enable biometrics?

1. When logged into the Return-It App on your mobile device, click “Account” on the left navigation panel.

2. On the right-hand side of the page, scroll down until you see “Multi-Factor Authentication” and click the toggle button to turn on "Sign in using biometrics"..

3.Enter your Express Account password in the pop-up box and click “CONFIRM”.
