Updating your Return-It Express account information

Return-It Express users can change the account details, such as their name, mailing address and email address, online. Here are the steps to make changes to your account:

  1. After logging into your Return-It Express account under the “Profile” section, click on the “Edit” Button:

  2. The site will direct you to the “Edit Account Information” page, where you can update personal account information.

  3. After updating the desired information, please click on the “Update” button at the bottom of the page. Your personal information will then be successfully updated, and you will receive an email confirming the changes. 

  4. If you are a group or business account holder and would like to update the group name or the registered business name, please contact our Customer Relations team at 1-855-350-2345 or customerservice@returnit.ca.
