Resetting your Return-It Express account password
All
Return-It Express customers can reset their password online. Here are the steps
you need to follow to reset your password:
- To reset your Return-It Express account password, please visit our
Return-It Express login page here. Click “Forgot
password”.
- Once you are on the password reset page, enter your email address, and
click “next”.
- You will receive the message below on screen and
an email will be sent to your account email address containing further
instructions.
- Go to your email inbox (e.g. Gmail, Outlook,
Telus, Shaw etc.) and you will see an email from Return-It.
- Open the email and click on the “Click here to
change your password” link within the email and you will be brought to the
Change Password page on our website.
- Enter your new password on this page, please
make sure to click on the “Change Password” button.
- Once you have clicked the change password button,
a message “Password changed successfully” will show on screen and you can click
“back to login” on the bottom left-hand side of the screen to return to the
login page.
- Once on the login page you can use your new
password to access your account. If your device is auto filling the password,
we recommend clearing it as it might be using an older password.
