How do I get my two-factor verification code?
- Once you have entered your email address and password on the
login page you will be directed to the “Verify Code” page.
- Here you can choose to receive the code via text message
(SMS) or automated voice call. If you wish to receive the code via text
message, please, select the first option and click on the “Send Code” button:
- Shortly afterwards, you will receive a text message on your
cellphone. Here is how the text message will appear on your mobile phone:
- You will have 15 minutes to enter the 6-digit code you
received via text message in the box provided on the login page and click on
“Login”.
- If you are
using a personal device (not shared by other users) and would like to skip the
two-factor authentication process the next time you log in, please select the
square box next to “I trust this device”. You will not need to complete the
two-factor authentication process on this device again for 1 year provided
there are no changes to the settings on your device.
- If you wish to receive the code via “automated voice call”,
please select the second option and click on the “Send Code” button:
- Shortly afterwards, your phone is going to receive a call
with your 6-digit code. Please enter the code at the “Enter 6-digit code” field
and click on the “Login” button.
